A: Not at all! Everyone is welcome. My practice is open to all!

Q: What should I wear to my massage?
A: Whatever you’re comfortable in. Most clients undress to their comfort level, and you'll be properly draped at all times. One note: Please avoid applying lotion or oil before your session, as it can affect the treatment.

Q: Can I fall asleep during my massage?
A: Yes, absolutely. This is your time to relax—if you drift off, that’s perfectly okay and even encouraged!

Q: Is everything confidential?
A: Absolutely. Your privacy is respected and protected. Anything shared or discussed stays completely confidential.
